Round 2 of the Endurance series 2024 over and out!
It was an exciting race to say the least, teams had to battle with terrible rain, then drying tracks and then terrible rain once again into the dark.
From the outset it seemed like it would be the Hyprix team of Rory O’ Shea and Santiago Ramirez who were destined for the win but after a botched pit stop, Evan Walsh and Jamal Ghandour took the lead and would hold it right till the end taking an impressive win around a very tricky Le Mans circuit, followed closely in second by Team Sim Consultants, Enda Farrell and Ronan Hederman.
Round 3 is at Mugello on the 10th of September and we’re back to usual service next week with Round 1 of the Motorsport.ie Mustang Cup around Willow Springs Raceway. You can catch this race live here on facebook or on the Gantry TV Youtube channel.
