Preamble:

  1. Penalties in RTA Virtual Motorsport Races can be provided for many reasons and will be penalised in the form of a post-race points deduction, post-race ban for the following race(s) or a season/ league ban.
  2. The RTA Incident reviews take place after each race. It is vital that drivers who protest, remain in discord. If they do not this voids their incident and will not be reviewed.
  3. The post-race penalty review will take place via Discord live stream where the admin team will stream a replay of the incident and take notes on the event. This is then invited to be discussed by the parties involved initially and followed by a discussion from the rest of the grid only if admins ask.
  4. Contributions are not to be given on incidents from the general grid unless requested by the admin team tasked with reviewing the incidents. This is to avoid confusion and to stop people from speaking over one another, it also helps to conclude the incidents in a time-friendly manner.
  5. Drivers are not permitted to privately message admins or stewards regarding incidents at any time after the race either to prove their point or speak about the incident. this must be done in voice chat. (Rule added 13-3-24)

  2. License points can be used for any incident type, including lack of care or unsportsmanlike conduct on the grid.
  3. Any points accumulated on a license over the 2-season period (63 days) will be removed from their license.
